RLI Food Grade™ Cleaner

(Water-Based Water Soluble Detergent)

RLI Food Grade¹ Cleaneris a specially formulated, biodegradable cleaner/degreaser that is safe for food processing plants and environmentally sensitive areas.  It provides unbelievable cleaning ability when applied to the grimy baked-on, excessive oily build-up of the oven chains in food processing equipment.  This highly concentrated industrial product is great for cleaning and lifting cooked on oils, grease, fats and foods off of ovens, stoves, and grills.  In addition, it replaces petroleum solvents for degreasing and cleaning shops, parts, and equipment in many industrial applications.  It cuts time and costs from your most difficult cleaning applications and is safe for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.  This synthetic non-caustic cleaner does not contain Phosphates, Petroleum Distillates, Chlorinated Hydrocarbons or chemicals subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. This is an Environmentally Friendly Green Product.

Industrial Dilution – For cleaning dirt and grease from equipment, lift trucks, engines, pipes, motor shells, electric motors and machinery. Printers – For cleaning ink from presses, walls and floors.

(1:5) One part of RLI Food Grade Cleaner to five parts of water.

Maintenance Dilution – For oil rigs, engines, oilside of heat exchangers, pipes, conveyors, exhaust stains, machines, metal stock and welding equipment and greasy floors.

(1:2) One part of RLI Food Grade Cleaner to two parts of water.

Vat Dilution – For cleaning greasy and carboned parts.

(1:1) One part of RLI Food Grade Cleaner to one part of water.

Directions:  Circulate, soak, spray or wipe it on and rinse off thoroughly. For best results in cleaning vats, 12 hours of mild heat and agitation followed by pressure rinse is recommended.  For ovens and oven chains use pump-up sprayer and moderate heating ovens to 150F after applying will enhance cleaning time and efficiency.
